R & R Everclear Pool Services

I have had Josh K. from R&R Everclear East do my pool services. The jobs were mostly repairs. I have used Josh for over 15 years for repairs on my pump and various things related to the pool. He is outstanding. His friendly and hard-working demeanor goes a long way with me. Josh is my “Go To” guy and is very responsive and answers my questions quickly when I have issues. I would highly recommend him.

I found this company very misleading about their pricing. Every bill was different. When I signed up they led me to believe the expensive rate was inclusive all chemicals. On top of that, they were constantly billing me for repairs but never communicated with me any repairs needed to be done. This was a brand new, new construction pool. Lastly on my first visit with them, my pool tile broke. They told me it would be $500 to fix. It was a difficult process to get anyone from leadership to reach out to me and when they did the story was they had no idea how to repair the tile that I was quoted $500 for. This was a new house and we didn’t even live here for a month and this was broken. Our new pool company texts when they are on their way, easy billing portal, and provides an upfront schedule

When I purchased my home in Glendale one year ago, the pool and spa were very very green! I couldn't even tell how deep it was. R&R was recommended to me and I am still using them for my maintenance. I will certainly keep you posted on how they do this year as well as it's important to have a company you can rely on. Well, here is the update to my review and unfortunately I had to reduce the number of stars as they have constant turn over, the dates of service constantly change and now they are giving notice of less than 24 hours of price increases. So disappointing after using them for so long. So editing my review upwards as they have done a better job with communication and consistency with pool techs so I am currently satisfied and they might just get their 5 stars back soon!

My pool has never been clean! They fix things that aren't broken, overcharge for parts & services, send inexperienced people to barely clean the pool for 10-15 min max each week and miss critical maintenance that has cost me hours of frustration and hundreds of dollars. They try to get business by doing pool inspections on new home purchases, DO NOT get caught using them. Stay away from this company. Do not recommend.

R&R was recommended to us when we bought our home earlier this year. Not only is this our first home but our first pool! Brett was great and so patient with us on his initial visit. He went over the entire system with us so we could get the ball rolling. We take care of our pool day to day but when we had a pipe start leaking he was my first call. He came out and did a superb repair job. The replacement pipes and fittings look fantastic! He also took the time to answer some more questions we had about the pool and walked us through it all over again. Brett is my go to for all my repairs. I am very loyal to people and business that are fair and provide excellent service. Brett goes above and beyond every time. Thank you so much Brett! You’re the Best!
