My ac stopped working last week so I called and scheduled for someone to come out. My family recommend them because they have been using them for a very long time now. They were able to get to me the next day and Clayton was on time. He fixed my unit in less than 30 minutes. I have a old unit and it’s probably going to go out soon. Clayton was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment also very knowledgeable of the ac systems I would need when I replaced ours. He answered all of our questions and gave us options. Explaining the differences in a way we understood as well. But most importantly he was extremely honest, never making us feel like we were being pressured into buying a new unit. Definitely enjoy the overall friendliness and work ethic of this local business versus chain businesses. Staff over the phone were very friendly and super quick to find a time that worked for me. Tech Clayton was energetic and super knowledgeable about the line of work he's doing and got my system running within 15 minutes of being there! From call to back cooling within 24 hours!

After dealing with another company several times and still having issues and no air conditioning we heard about R & R. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. Randy was GREAT!! He was very professional, showed up on time, and answered all of my many questions. Disappointed we didn't call them sooner, we could have saved ourselves a lot of money and time. They will definitely be our first call if we need service again

Been using them for years, their customer service is top notch and prices are super competitive. All times I’ve needed them they came same day, no question. Others I attempted were minimum next day. They also make good recommendations like really good and inexpensive filters. I recommend them to anyone looking for a service. All their maintenance of my system has stayed operational since they got their hands on it.

When your stuck with no AC in summer, call them. The respond very quickly to diagnose problem and will get you up and running as soon as humanly possible. Our unit went out at about 4:30 pm with appointment scheduled for next day; however, Clayton came out same day after hours, diagnosed issue (which we kinda already knew) and by 6:00 pm the following day we were back up and running with new unit. Randy and his son Clayton have always been very courteous, prompt, and efficient (not to mention fair) with any of our emergency and non-emergency needs. Highly recommend!
