R & R Plumbing & Mechanical

We built a new custom home and our contractor used R & R Plumbing. The day we moved in, we had an upstairs shower leaking water down into the garage. They came out and cut out the ceiling only to discover the installer had jammed a crooked pipe in the drain causing the leak. They cut out a ceiling beam and repaired it. Now we are having to do it again because it is leaking again and we have a moldy hole in the ceiling.

Avoid this plumbing company at all costs for your new construction if you can. They come out whenever they want to. They are not reliable. When they do finally grace your job site with their presence they do literally 1 thing each visit…. By 1 thing I mean come out to the house and instead of installing all of the shower hardware they install 1 trim kit, come out the next day and install another. They charged $300 to install a water line for ice maker and didn’t even hook it up to water. We are still waiting on them to complete these on our new build. It has taken them 2 weeks to install the shower hardware.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Was assigned for my home warranty work. Made an appointment to fix a leak and showed up to review what needed to be done. I paid my $100 "copay" they were going to get parts and send info to my home warranty to get it fixed. Then scheduled a date and time to fix the leak. Didn't show up. I called and called and they never answered calls or texts. They got away with $100 for doing no work as they were paid to. Never working with them again complete scam!

Just built a new house and our contractors used them as the plumbers. Have had issue after issue with our plumbing since. Adding thousands of dollars in additional cost. The workers seemed out of it when we saw them and the owner was dismissive when we saw concerns with their work. Not sure how they are allowed to continue working on peoples homes and taking their money.

Noticed a leak under my kitchen sink Wednesday night. Contacted my home warranty company first thing Thursday morning and they set up a claim with R & R Plumbing as my service provider. Did not hear from R & R for 24 hours so contacted them Friday morning and received their voice mail. I left a message and never heard from them. By Saturday night my little leak turned into a huge leak. Talked to the my home warranty on Monday morning to let them know I never heard from R & R and the issue I was having now. They contacted R & R and they said they couldn't come fix the problem until Wednesday. If they would have called me originally I would not be having the issue I am having now.
