Caleb came out quickly, got to work and fixed our problem. Charged a fair price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Caleb and Eli were great. Until they weren't. Installed a new hot water heater the day we moved into our house and found that it was leaking. Then they came out to do another repair, said they'd be back next week... and we've been ghosted. No return calls or communication.

Brutally cold weather is no time to work outside and thaw a frozen water line but R & R was undeterred. Response to my first call was prompt and so was their arrival. The guys were professional and got straight to work and we had water in no time. Holiday weekend saved!

I called for an emergency after hours and they were at my house within a hour! Very nice and helpful men! Will definitely call to do business with them in the future!

We needed to have an update done for a home inspection. They set up an appointment for the next day and took care of the update immediately. We would highly recommend.
