Had Ronco install 2 ceiling fans in Nov, which we didn’t use until June. One fan would start when we used other fan’s remote; 2nd fan started making whirring noise. Called to see if they would stand behind work and make adjustments. They would not. When I commented civilly to receptionist taking my call, she hung up on me. I’d stay away….

I had Ronco Electric install landscape lights in my front yard on April 10, 2024. Nick and Carlo did an amazing job. They were professional, efficient, thorough and the job was clean. They hid all the wiring under my landscape rock, and there was absolutely no mess to clean when they left They did a spectacular job and explained everything to me before the install. When my power went out temporarily over Memorial Day weekend, our landscape lights stopped working, and we did not realize why. Rob, the owner responded promptly to my email immediately after the holiday weekend on May 28, and within a few hours, he sent Carlo to solve the issue. Just so happen to be a tripped switch on the GFI unit and he fixed it within minutes. I was so appreciative and grateful that my problem was resolved

I cannot say better things about Rob and his team. We were matched with Ronco Electric after inquiring about an all-home generator on the “Generec” website. I’ve dealt with many electricians, and Ronco is without a doubt the best! Organized, clean, prompt and caring. We really appreciated the pride that the team has in making sure quality is within their work. I was astonished when I was asked for the vacuum by one of his team electricians to make sure they cleaned up the smallest amount of dust that had accumulated from their work. If there’s an issue with permits or any paperwork they are ON it! It’s really been a pleasure and I cannot recommend them more!
