At first, the company was very responsive and provided a fair quote. The work was completed on schedule, and I paid in full upon completion. About four months later, I contacted them because some areas of the asphalt were crumbling. I was told they would take care of it, and an appointment was scheduled. They never showed up. After two more missed appointments, they stopped returning my calls. I finally gave up on them. Now, a little over a year later, the driveway has three large cracks and two sunken spots that collect water and ice. For a relatively new driveway, it looks terrible cosmetically. R. Williams who I had the great pleasure to know Ms. Dana/Mr Richard Williams. Is a great dedicated family business who's did a great work on my entire driveway changing the entire look of the house for good. I highly recommend this company due to they exeeded my expectations!

R. Williams did a gorgeous job on my driveway. They were hard workers and very skilled with all the machinery. I couldn’t be more pleased and they did it in record time. I highly recommend this company.

Currently working with owners to fix an issue with my driveway installed 3 months ago. The driveway looks nice but was installed on a rainy day and no base layer was done. Update: even though I had a 1 year warranty the driveway was never fixed. Vehicles continue to leaving indentations. Very disappointed ☹️. My pickup truck left marks after a couple of weeks and I'm afraid it is due to dirt underneath being too soft. Truck is single cab Dodge ram. Owner attempt to repair with torches and roller didn't work. One year warranty is still available and the owner told me he will take care of it but never did.

Highly recommend R. Williams! The team did a phenomenal job on our driveway and barn.
