One guy came late in the evening. Didn’t finish and wasn’t able to come back. He left it project worse than it was. The following day, they sent a different technician. He was unprofessional and arrived without the proper tools for the job. He used my own money to purchase a tool and did not disclose this beforehand. We had already agreed on a price, yet the work completed was poor and unfinished. When I requested a partial refund due to the quality of the work, he refused.
