Highly recommend R1 Roofing. Will definitely be recommending them to friends & family or anyone needing a roof repair or replacement. We started roofing ourselves but realized we needed a professional. I called Dave on a Saturday and he answered right away. He worked closely with me and answered all my questions about the whole process. By Monday he had us a finalized quote to replace the roof as well as remove & reinstall our solar panels. He got us on the schedule a few days later. The crew was very nice and they were very thorough with their work, using tarps all around the foundation to catch any debris that hit the ground. I normally don't do reviews, but R1 Roofing did an excellent job in everyway for me in price, service, honesty, clean-up, working with me on other projects besides our roof too, even when we decided not to do some of the other projects. Very responsive and answered all my questions. They really bent over backwards to make me happy, and even made changes to keep my wife happy that i thought I would have to do. Never have worked with a better contractor that tried to meet all our needs, except maybe my personal friends. I would have them do my roof or other work. Extremely pleased.

When we needed to replace our >20-year-old roof, our realtor recommended R1 Roofing; they had replaced the roof on her cabin to her great satisfaction. We had a similarly wonderful experience. R1 provided a competitive bid, scheduled us quickly, and completed the work in just a couple of days. Fernando Ortiz, our project manager, was so helpful throughout the process. First of all, Miguel and his crew were super professional, courteous and highly informational. The one thing I appreciated the most was the education on my roof because I had no idea of the detail of things that goes into installing/repairing a roof. When R1 supplied the bid, it was accurate to the discussion I had with Miguel. He was highly informative and I deeply appreciated it. Second, they were FAST! After I accepted the bid and paid the down payment, they were ready to go in less than a week and I had to push them out just to get in line with my own schedule Once they were here, they finished the job a day early even.
