My furnace was still under warranty. Devin Richards came and thoroughly inspected it. He needed to check into ordering a part. I was very impressed with his knowledge on a geothermal furnace. He was polite and explained things several times to me. He left his business card with me and told me my children could contact him if they wanted to about his service today. I am now a widow, and this gave me confidence and peace of mind Concerning the furnace

Seriously a five star experience from the office staff to the technicians in the field. I literally can't say enough great things about this team and this company. They are forthright, honest, responsive, and highly technically skilled. I've even met the owner on a call. These guys do great work. Shout out to my technician, Colin, who is thorough yet simple in his explanations and thoughtful in his recommendations.

These folks came in and installed a new furnace in about 4 hours. They were very polite and efficient. They had a little music going and I could hear them cheerfully singing along. Broadly, 100% recommend!

The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was on time and very thoughtful and careful/clean while in my home and made sure was as clean as he found it. I am extremely pleased with the technician and the service provided by R3 Heating and Air LLC.
