R3 Roofing & Exteriors

I had my roof replaced with R3 roofing a little less than 2 years ago the process was pretty smooth. However the company they. used to do the work have left me with a leaking sky light. I have been trying to get in contact with someone about this for the last 2 months. Now it is at the point that I have to constantly keep a cooler under the area in case it rains. No one has returned my call. I did have an appointment made by them to have it looked at by another company, then they canceled the appointment and did nothing to fix the problem. At this point I am looking into getting help with this matter, if they do not resolve this problem.

We had our roof done by R3 Roofing & Exteriors. Our Rep Taylor Reid was so personable, he knew his work & explained everything to us & how it works. If he said he would do something he did it. Thank you Taylor for helping us. Our roof looks great. The men that did our roof did a very nice job. They cleaned up everything when the job was done. Thank you R3 Roofing & Exteriors for a job well done.

Peyton and Taylor did a great job helping me through the insurance process and helping me pick out the product that would look best for my house. There were a few issues during the installation, one of which was a broken lamp globe. Tara was amazing, sorting that issue and having the lamps replaced and installed. Thank you very much R3 roofing for making this process as painless as possible.

What a great experience! Met with Carter & Nate for a roof inspection after a major hail storm. Very thorough, professional, & most of all, honest! After going through Hurricane Michael 5 years ago, and working with 20+ different contractors (not one that I would ever recommend), I would highly recommend R3 Roofing & Exteriors to anyone needing their services!

I noticed a sign for the company in a yard and decided to give them a call since our pool house roof needed fixing. Taylor, a gentleman who answered the phone, was polite and I requested a quote for the roof. He came over the next day and informed me that the roof was in poor shape and needed fixing. He took my email address and said I would receive a quote in a couple of days. I followed up with Taylor via text to check if the quote was ready, but he informed me that they couldn't assist as it was too small of a project after speaking with the General Manager. He mentioned that they might have been able to help if it were my house as well. I was disappointed with their response. They claimed the roof was in bad shape but refused to provide a quote because they wouldn't make enough money
