I've had R.A. Dudrack replace 4 basement windows on 2 different occasions,and each time they have done a phenomenal job. Its a family run business that takes great pride in their service and products. The crew is polite, professional, timely and efficient. They also take care to clean up the area after installalation. My windows look great, very happy. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience getting new windows installed. We had Kyle come out to measure and give us an estimate. A couple of the windows were very unique and he came up with a great solution for those windows which completely transformed the house. The Window King has old school business practices and provides a no pressure sales estimate. Cheap plastic locks which broke easily and early, terrible fit that lets air in . Had a sliding glass door put in whose lock broke within a short period of time, went to company to ask if they had a replacement lock I could put in , I was laughed at and told that I was on my own. Don’t use this unreliable and disreputable company that doesn’t stand behind their work

Two years ago my wife and I decided to replace some of the windows in our house. Yes, two years ago. I spent the first summer calling and trying to get answers to some basic questions and found that there are some slick but very prominent window companies out there. Very helpful with showing me exterior door options. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. Also discussed options for window replacement. They do far more than just putting in replacement windows. They are capable of making repairs that are found. This is a family business that we have used before with good results. I am sure my new exterior door system will look and function well.
