Called and got the rudest customer service person I have in years. Pulled up to the old location I guest it moved to monument. Called the number on the door. I recommend you don’t tho. Sounds like they don’t want to work.

According to the person who picked up the phone, they "don't have a store front anymore ".

The gentlemen at Racine's are great! They were very attentive, professional and provided additional services not expected. They repaired our RV ignition without charge so we could get back on the road. The local Ford Dealership wanted $$$ to repair. Even the purchases we did make there were easy on the wallet. Racine's reminds me of the past when businesses cared about people and went out of there way to help customers. That's the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back and to recommend the shop. Job well done gentlemen!

Alexander and Julio spent a hot summer afternoon working on a frozen lock on my camper door. Finally ended up drilling it out. They wouldn't take payment for their labor. It's a European lock so I've ordered a new one from the the manufacturer. Best customer service ever.
