Rack and Ballauer Excavating Company Inc.

They contract with the city and Metropolitan Sewer District and, if I were a betting person, are stealing taxpayer money. Their men come to neighborhoods (aka the job site) and sit in their trucks, on their phones, all day long. I confirmed they have a contract with MSD and they're supposed to be doing work but the last two days have done maybe 3 hours worth of work and probably collecting 16 hours worth of pay. I don't know what you call that but I call that theft. USDOT 496679

Crew is disrespectful rude and very unprofessional. I don't know why anyone would hire this company and have them any way shape or form connected to their name or reputation.Answered a lot of questions when i looked them up and they are based out of Hamiltucky. All I can say is if you area reputable company iwould not hire them for ANY JOB !!! They really need to get it together. SIMPLE PLACEMENT OF DETOUR SIGNS #1. One worker tells u to go through and then when u do the next cusses u out at the same time wen he is in the middle of the street that is open for traffic..not blocked off..what a great group of guys u have out here at glade ave.and remember they are blocking us daily from getting to our homes!!!it's a dead end street so only 1 way in or out ..through them. your crew working in elmwood this month leaves so much trash in the street while eating breakfast on the street where they park the work trucks every night. not only that they dont mind working on the trucks and other stuff at 5:30 am making so much noise that its not funny....clean up your mess...

Breaking city ordinance. Construction on street outside of allowed hours. Jackhammering at 7 am. Rude employees.
