Great customer service. My workplace has been doing business with this company for years now, with very high quality of materials and durability.

I've worked with Rackliffe's a few times over the last three years. Most recently I needed a dual cylinder lock set for an entry door keyed to match an existing key. I dealt with Jeremy and he promised that I would have everything in a day or two. I received a call at 8:30 the next morning to say it was ready! Talk about fast service! He even showed me how to install and the tool I would need to release the knob. Excellent service! Thank you.

Rackliffe W C & Son was recommended to me about 10 years ago and ever since, has been my go to shop for getting keys made. I used to live within 5 minutes of them but now, I gladly travel the 1/2 hour to their shop. I have only one time had to have a key recut (and that was a few years ago). This is nothing when you compare it with the horrible quality of copies gotten from other places. 100% recommend Rackliffe for all key copying needs.

Staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to reprogram keys for my daughter's car when the dealership could not. The dealership wanted to charge me for a diagnostic and a repair before reprogramming I highly recommended calling rackliffe first for key needs.
