Jesse at Radiant Builders was an absolute lifesaver. After being left in a tough spot by previous contractors, Jesse came in and not only finished the job—but exceeded expectations. He helped us complete a bathroom remodel and some detailed exterior metal trimming work that others couldn’t get done. His professionalism, craftsmanship, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was done the right way. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, Jesse is the one to call. I only wish we had hired Radiant Builders from the beginning. Highly recommended!

BUYER BEWARE! Update: Jesse Altamarino (Radiant Builders LLC) misrepresents himself and his business by listing an out-of-state contractors license number CRC1331097 on his website and proposal forms. This gives the impression he is licensed in Texas and Lubbock. HE IS NOT. The city of Lubbock requires all contractors and remodelers to be registered and carry an insurance policy. He has violated this by not registering with Lubbock. Further, he performs illegal unlicensed electrical and plumbing work. On the advice of my attorney, I have filed charges with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. This contractor, Jesse Altamarino, was clearly in over his head when he took the job. The workmanship was so far below minimal standards

DO NOT HIRE. Hiring Jesse was my worst nightmare. I hired him to do a concrete and tile job. Not only did he not complete the job, he botched the concrete job and created an additional problem that will cost me over $50K to fix. I have water damage in my home from hiring him. Left me with a mess and decided he was leaving the contracting business. I will see you in court!

Would not recommend Radiant Builders, save yourself some money and hire someone who is experienced with concrete. I cannot speak for his building but the concrete job was very poor, messy, and uneven. We had to pay to level it out and clean up the mess he left behind. Time after time he made it seem like we were at fault. He would not own up to his mistakes and said it was the brush finish that caused the uneven surface. We had to terminate the job early in fear the rest of the job would go the same way. We ended up spending triple on just concrete and fixing his mistakes..

Radiant builders did a great job renovating my bathroom and was very easy to work with! Their work is professional and I would highly recommend these guys. I would give a 6 star review but it only goes to 5!
