I can't say enough good things about Dave and Radical Restorations. We hired Dave to clean up a home we inherited to prepare it for sale. This included some biological remediation, removal of much household junk, removal of carpeting, and a thorough cleaning of the walls and ceilings to remove years of cigarette smoke residue. Dave went the extra mile and even replaced the ceiling tiles in the kitchen and upgraded the kitchen light to make it look less dark and dingy. I cannot say enough good things about Radical Restoration LLC. They answered my urgent call on Christmas Day, which alone speaks volumes about their compassion and professionalism. My dad was very ill and being discharged from the hospital, and he had to leave his home abruptly.
