The best! Working with Kurt is as easy as can be. From the start he asks relevant questions and puts in place a detailed plan on the best way to move forward. Once the project began, he had guys on site nearly every day and was there to supervise throughout the day. The quality of work we received was excellent while the project was finished much faster than I expected. To top everything off my project finished 5% under budget. I truly cannot put into words how thankful we were to meet Kurt. When you find a good, honest contractor hold onto them. I have found my contractor for life.

Between the Helene and Milton hurricane storm surges, we chanced to be introduced to Kurt of RADO and are so glad we hired RADO to manage the gutting and restoration of our place. Right away the scope of what was needed expanded because of the second hurricane. But progress began right away and proceeded steadily for about 14 months to a happy ending. They knew good subs for everything, paid attention to details, went with us as needed to pick out things like doors and granite, but did not intrude. Invoices with justification of time spent and with copies of bills from suppliers came about every 45 days.
