We did use Radon Abatement (10/31/25) and had fantastic results. They also did my daughter's house nearby the same day. His crews are great. Friendly and interactive, they protected everything, were informed about what they were doing, explained how everything worked, what do look for, what to do if anything changed, and they cleaned up nicely when done. Here are pics of the Ecosense sensor I used and the before, during, and after readings. What amazed me is how high it jumped once they drilled the hole in the cement! Within hours after they sealed everything up it started dropping and now we've gone from an average of 5-6, down to below 1.0.

We had a great experience with Radon Abatement Services on a difficult project involving both a basement and crawlspaces. John Swett worked with us to create a multi-step plan, starting with a basement system and moving into full crawlspace encapsulation with an extra suction point. John and his office were very helpful with the planning and documentation needed for our landlords, while Ramon and the installation crew were professional and communicative on-site. They were willing to troubleshoot issues as they arose, and our radon levels are now exactly where they need to be.

John was fantastic to work with on Radon remediation. He was responsive, very knowledgeable, and helpful to get out project completed. His team was respectful, and did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a excellent Radon company in the DMV!

The installation itself went smoothly, the system works well, and the price was reasonable. However, communication could be better. It took awhile to get a quote and then scheduled. I overlooked all that since they came so highly recommended. Communication to get the mitigation system reimbursed by my FSA wasn't great, but it was eventually approved. I'll chalk up John's initial response to being stressed or caught in a bad moment.

This group did an excellent job installing a Radon abatement system at our home. Installation, communication and professionalism was superb. They addressed my many questions (thanks John) and worked to find a location that did not detract from the view of the home. We have a large unfinished basement (greater than 2000 square feet) and the final radon reading was 0.4; which is well below the EPA recommended level. Their price was comparable to others I considered and their website was extremely informative. They included a lifetime guarantee for the building by that is transferable when the home is sold, 5 year warranty for fan and one year for labor. I’d recommend you consider them for your project.
