Highly recommend Radon Defense! I previously looked into 3 other Radon companies, and this one was by far, the best. Their customer service and tech team were excellent. Linda, Eric, and Paul were responsive (even throughout the weekend), either through phone, text, or email. They got me in the schedule within a few days (needed it sooner due to home selling process). The day off, I was kept updated, and when the tech team showed up they were extremely professional. Kevin and Chris came out, and worked quickly and efficiently. My home didn't have any unfinished exterior walls, and Kevin went out of his way to recommend location and installation in a way that is discreet (by having the pipe lower on the wall and covering cables under carpet), and not off-putting. This company is fabulous! Kevin and Chris arrived on time and installed my system, all the while, explaining what they were doing. They both were kind and very professional. Kevin patiently explained the “whys” and “hows” of the work and system functionality and afforded me the opportunity to provide input on certain parts of the installation. All work areas were returned to their original state. I really appreciate the respect they demonstrated to me and my home. We had a radon mitigation system installed by Radon Defense. It was a great experience from start to finish. Eric came out to do the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that would be done. Kevin and Chris did the installation. They were very efficient, and did an excellent job on the installation. I would highly recommend Radon Defense.
