I just had my system installed on Monday 03/02/2026. I am totally impressed with Chase and his brother. The guys were extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Totally professional! They worked quickly and cleaned up every bit of debris. They explained how the system works and what I needed to do. The install is so neat, the caulking is not messy but smooth and clean. Everything is level, and straight. Overall the system looks very good. I’m totally impressed! And the price is very reasonable!

I knew from the site visit that Paul was the industry leading authority with his credentials and knowledge on everything radon for decades now. His sons did testing to see how they could get coverage of all areas of our 1880’s farmhouse basement since it does not have a drain tile system and two different floor levels. They are able to successfully achieve communication of all 7 areas they drilled test holes, proven by meter readings at each area that showed sufficient suction was obtained by using one central suction location. I appreciated the attention to detail on the install that aesthetically concealed the exterior exhaust pipe via a color matched downspout. RMES was my 1st call & last to quote, which turned out to be a blessing. The other 2 places quoted over the phone based off testing I did with digital meters. When Paul came for his in person quote, I wasn’t prepared for the info & knowledge he was about to deliver! All the info & facts given on radon was so valuable in making the decision to use him & his company. Between his info & the 3rd party testing, we were able to have accurate readings to effectively mitigate the radon on my home. I had initial digital readings from 30-54 pCi/L! The 3rd party testing tested at 31-35 pCi/L. With that info, RMES was able to install the system in just a couple hours, cleaned up EVERYTHING & said goodbye. This team did a super thorough job of not only installing a system on our complex house, but also with helping us understand and learn what they were doing and how the system works. We had a really complex situation to work through given the odd construction of our home - the team at RMES was very thorough and thought through every angle before determine which solution to provide. Installation was on 11/6/25. The initial reading of 12 went down to 0.2 within four days! Installers were on time, professional, and left my site clean. I got three bids. Two would only guarantee a reading below 4. RMES guaranteed below 0.5. They have the most informative website.
