I recently hired John to assess if mold was in my apartment. He was so thorough! Now I understand why so many of his reviews mention his thoroughness, he truly is:-) I wrote down a list of questions for him the day of the inspection. He was so patient answering each one. He also was very patient re explaining something that I was still a bit confused about in a follow up call. I’m so happy I decided to pay for a mold inspection by John because I have answers now and a very detailed mold assessment report that includes a summary of findings and very helpful recommendations. I was so impressed with John's attention to detail and thorough inspection and subsequent detailed report and pictures the first time I hired him; It was quite comprehensive. Unfortunately I had to hire him again for another house I rented for mold related issues so I became a repeat client. He is a scientist in the truest sense of the word yet explained things in lay terms so I completely understood. Beyond his professionalism he is truly just an all-around nice guy. John is the best of the best!!! No one should hire a remediation company before hiring a 3rd party independent mold tester like John who can (1) provide ideas on the local remediation companies get the best results (because they do before/after testing on their work!) and (2) who can give an assessment of mold damage without bias (because they aren't going to do the clean up) and (3) who can act as an umpire who is "in your court" when you work with a remediation company. John is fast to help, great at explaining things, and super thorough. I can see the mold remediators faces when I say John is involved in my homes current issues...they respect him AND know they must do an extra good job for him because he will hold them accountable. Can't recommend John highly enough!

We recently hired Radon & Mold Professionals to perform a mold inspection and air quality sampling for a mold issue we discovered in our kitchen. We’re very impressed with their assessment and knowledge that helped us understand and identify what was causing the mold; the extent of the water damage and mold, as well as recommendations of having it remediated, which was also provided within a very detailed report.
