Great service, Raed was able to help me troubleshoot the problem with my freezer. He is very knowledgeable I could tell by the way he walked me through the steps to identify my problem. I have a few properties in the area I’ll be coming back to Raed if I have any issues.

I wanted to wait a couple of months to give Raed a review. The reason is that 3 other repair places told me my ice machine was DONE and to buy a new one. Well, Raed fixed it RIGHT! It’s been 2 months and it’s working better than it has in 3 years, when I acquired it with the business. I HIGHLY recommend Raed’s appliance repair to anyone who is told IT CANNOT BE FIXED! Thanks to my brother Raed, I’ll be using him for all my refrigeration needs!! A+++++++

Great service at a great price! I called Raed's appliance when my refrigerator stopped cooling like it should. Roy came out the same day I called. He determined we needed a defrost timer, ordered and got the RIGHT ( the most important) part. Came back and quickly installed the part. Now our vintage GE refrigerator works like new. All that at a very fair price. Thanks Roy!

Mr. Roy is extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have called him for several appliances and HVAC over the years and he has repaired them all. He don’t hesitate to reach out to him every time because he’s dependable.

Roy came and looked at our freezer which wasn't staying frozen. We had cleaned the coil a few days before, but it didn't make a difference. Roy was able to identify the problem quickly and let us know that the potential costs were based on whether one of the parts needed to be replaced. He was able to fix the part in question, finished the repair and was on his way! Reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I will definitely use Roy and Read's again if we have appliance issues in the future!
