Terrible service would not recommend!!!! He came to fix my dryer it worked for one whole day. I immediately made him aware that it was not working again. It took him a week to come back out to my house to fix it again. He did not fix it he just looked at it and basically told me to buy another dryer when my dryer is basically still new (I’ve only had it a year). I asked for my money back he refused to issue me a refund and I never heard from him again. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCAM ARTIS!!!! RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I called requesting service for my dryer that stopped heating. I received same day service and he arrived on time as scheduled. He was able to quickly identify & restore my dryer.. Not only that, he was professional and friendly. He even swept behind the dryer. I highly recommend Mr. Williams, Raeford Appliance Repairs.

Mr.Raeford fixes and installs my appliances for a very cheap price. Don't let the stars fool you, most of the happy customers don't actually leave a review, hence why there's only 17 reviews outside of my comment.

Thank God for Mr. Raeford Williams! My dryer stopped working and found Raeford Appliances he actually came out on a Saturday and took my dryer apart and knew right away what problem was . He ordered part and when I called he said he would be right there to fix it with new part . He was very courteous and friendly very nice man . Knows what he's doing ! I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Mr. Williams!!😁🙏

Started off good, came out took my washer apart adjusted it told me he would be back on Monday. He was ordering a belt never heard from him again made several attempts to call him leaving messages. Still never heard from him . I’d recommend finding somebody else i’ve never been so disappointed with the customer service
