I have used Raffiani's for almost 25 years and the same two people have always come to service my sprinklers. They always arrive on time. They are professional and honest. Their prices are reasonable. In addition, John is very intelligent and comes up with creative solutions to irrigation problems that other irrigation professionals will not attempt. They are probably the only company I have used consistently for 25 years and I highly recommend them.

Incredibly unprofessional staff member. My family (both my parents and I) have been using them for many years and while the brother is delightful, the sister (I think) has an anger management issue. I called to get a closer estimate to the 3 hour window to see if I could go on my treadmill. I asked if it was possible to get a phone call when they were here since I didn't want to miss the doorbell if I was on the treadmill.. At the first visit, he inspected all my garden and after that he sat for at least 25 minutes to explain me my irrigation needs and what he proposes. I was calling to get a quotation and because I asked if they used existing equipment for installation the lady picking up the phone told me they were not interested in doing business with me and closed the phone on me instead of politely explaining what they can offer and seeing if I was willing to invest in a complete new system from scratch. Thankfully I partnered with one of their competitors that was willing to quote and we are moving fw with all new sprinklers. No wonder you have terrible reviews.
