Rager Heating & Cooling

Isaac from Rager came today to service my HVAC units. He was so nice, polite, personable and he spent a lot of time making sure the units were working correctly. I tell everyone to call Rager for their heating and cooling needs. I have had service done by them and also instillation of a new mini split and have been very happy.

Today I had to call for emergency service. Within 5 minutes of leaving a message the technician Steve returned my call. After explaining the issue I was having he advised he would be there in about 20 minutes. Steve is knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. He explained the issue and was able to replace 2 leaking valves and add refrigerant bringing heat back to my home. I recommend Rager and technician Steve for heating and cooling. Thank you for such a quick response and and excellent service.

Just finished my semi-annual maintenance visit with Isaac. I now feel confident I will be warm this winter. This company is the epitome of technical service and amazing customer service. The technician, Isaac, was efficient and focused. He was respectful of our home. He even took time to pet my dog. I have had a maintenance contract with Rager ever since they installed my new HVAC system a few years ago. They are super responsive to emergencies. Always on time for appointments. Isaac is the most friendly and courteous tech!

Over the past three years we've used Rager Heating & Cooling to service our 2 zone HVAC system plus our mini-split supplemental system for our four season room. Yesterday for the first time they sent their technician, Isaac, to take care of our periodic maintenance. I don't usually take the time to write google reviews, but in this case I am because I was so impressed with how thorough a job he did, and how complete the inspection forms he completed were. Everyone from Rager has been great whenever it's been time for a maintenance visit as well as the time one of our systems died and had to be quickly replaced.
