I called and asked for a quote for my 24x40 garage. And I was told I was previously told I needed 13 yards for 4 inches thick @4000PSI & it would be in the ball park of $2500-$2600. And the day I called to schedule my delivery the man I spoke with said that I should get a .5 yard more just in case we would run short. The delivery came and ended up coming out to $2800 but I’ not going to complain about a few hundred dollars IF I had used all the concrete. BUT when they came to deliver the concrete, the first truck had delivered 10 yards and practically finished the garage by itself. My contractor said they would need about .5 yards to finish the garage. So I called and said “I understand the other truck is already here. But I won’t need the full order” I EVEN OFFERED to pay the delivery fee

I call today to order 18 yards of pre mixed concrete, the despatch answer the phone took the dimensions and hang up the phone on me ?!!! Un professional people. You Just lost a sale .
