Elevators are constantly broken and generally concerning. Most the doors are broken/crooked and a lot of them have broken glass. If you park in a reserved spot (tiny label saying reserved) then your car gets towed 20 min away, rather than moving you to a spot on a higher floor, this wastes so much time and gas, even if they were to charge the same price.

Whoever manages this property should be ashamed of themselves. I have had a vehicle break in and attempted theft issues. Elevators are constantly broken and has definite ADA compliance problems. Not to mention exposed wiring and circuitry on the elevators. I've contacted tdlr and city code departments.

If and when your car gets broken into here don't expect the cameras to be operable. Management doesn't care about looking out for their customers. There have been 5+ break ins in the past month alone. Huge problem that could be easily solved.

I have some complaints. 1) Access to the parking garage is often difficult. The license plate readers sometimes refuse to work. In that case, you have to use an app, but sometimes, the qr code reader doesn't work. If everything fails, you have to call a number, but they don't always answer! 2) There are 2 vehicles entry/exit ports. It seems like 1 is always broken. This can lead to a lot of congestion during peak hours. 3) the frequent occasions where both problems 1 and 2 occur are very frustrating. If 1 car in a line can't enter (or exit), then the whole line is stuck for many minutes. 4) The elevators are raggedy, and sometimes out of order I resist giving 1 star because it's cheap ($40/year, I think), I haven't witnessed any shady activity, the views are nice, and it's a reasonab
