Rain Dance Irrigation and Lighting

I hired rain dance to do my irrigation and lighting. I could not ask for better customer service and professionalism. Chase came out and explained all of their options and solutions. If you want the best irrigation and lighting company you better call rain dance!

Used Raindance a couple of weeks ago. They came out and did an estimate and we scheduled the work for about a week later. Our tech, Matt, was super professional, friendly and helpful. Pricing for the services performed was great. He took his time in fixing our issues. Didnt rush through. Made sure the job was done completely and correctly. Would totally recommend and will use again when necessary!!

I signed up for their sprinkler and lighting maintinance. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come out and do what they were supposed to do. They have never checked or maintinanced my lighting, which i paid for. They showed up randomly today (11/22) to winterize my sprinklers. I had already paid another company to winterize them a few weeks ago before it got cold enough to damage them. I guess that is a good system to make money… winterize late so the damage is done and you can make more money off customers. They suddenly sent me a $700 bill in October for work done in July, but I am pretty sure it is just a scam or they worked at my home when i was not around and decided to replace things that i already paid another company to fix. I had a previous company do my entire irrigation system. I had a ton of problems until I called rain dance. Please reach out to chase and rain dance if you want a problem free irrigation system! My yard has never looked better.

Rain Dance did not install our irrigation system, but wish we knew then what we know now. However, we have used Rain Dance for a few years now for winterization and Spring set up. It would be a battle to get the original company that installed our system to bring back the whole apparatus in the Spring to get our system up and running. Rain Dance leaves the backflow at the homeowners house. I literally had to beg the owner one year (the last year we used him) to set up, since he had possession of the "backflow?", which is quite expensive or we would have just called another company. He would not return calls and I do not feel asking late July after sending pictures of our dead grass to please set it back up is unreasonable.
