Rain Dial Repair and Exchange

Frank from Rain Dial Repair & Exchange is the best. Six years ago, he took the time to guide me with the timer and circuit board replacement. It stopped working after a power outage last week. I could not get it to work and figured I needed another. So I ordered another online this morning early. Three hours later, he emailed me for my phone number to make sure I was ordering the correct pieces. I emailed photos and a description of what I saw flashing in the display (that I couldn't change). He called and talked me through resetting the unit with key presses. Wow, fixed. He refunded my purchase before it was shipped. You cannot find great people like Frank and the Rain Dial Repair & Exchange very often. I give them a 14 out of 10 rating.

I had some issues with my old sprinkler timer. I was not working properly. Then, I ordered a replacement and it solved my problem. Frank actually recommended me a better option which worked perfectly. I also had to communicate with him regarding to some of the connections and he responded and helped me quickly. I highly recommend him and his products.

Frank is outstanding to work with. My dog got into my sprinkler system box and chewed up all wires and wire nuts to my valves. I did not know this occurred until I had to clean up his business and noticed bright orange wire nuts in the center of the yard. Apparently, he ate the nuts. After fixing my valves, I went to test my sprinkler system and it was pulsating. My sprinkler heads would dance up and down. Come to find out my system had a bad RD-600 R timer from 2012. I called Frank and he exchanged out my timer and terminal board. The installation took me 5-mins. and I am back in business. Also my dog is still alive. Nothing he eats as a 1-year old kills him. He has an iron stomach.
