I called and got an appointment the same day. Plus Silvino arrived early to do the repairs and adjustments. Very knowledgeable and gave some very good ideas to maintain sprinkler system and yard. Before he left, he also set the sprinkler box to the days the yard needed watering. Would highly recommended Rain Maker for anyone needing sprinkler repairs.

The response to my service request was very quick. Walt was very helpful and professional on the phone. The service technician was great. He found the problem, explained it to me thoroughly, then made the repair. I will definitely call them if I need their help in the future.

My service man called to arrange an appointment. He was able to come an hour early and called to confirm. He was very clean and neat and presented himself professionally. I explained the problem and he was able to diagnose the problem and begin work immediately. He appeared to have all the supplies he needed on his truck and did not spend time going to the store to purchase materials. He worked overtime and was able to fix the problem (a leak in the main line that feeds the sprinkler system). He confirmed the cost of the work prior to beginning. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

I used Rain Maker Irrigation many years ago while living in Tech Terrace area, and was very satisfied with their services. Am now in a house with much less landscaping, and needed just a minor repair to a drip line system. So I called them again and was pleased to see that they took my small problem just as seriously as a bigger job. Silvino, who has many years of experience, did an excellent job fixing the problem and checking the whole system as well. He even left his cell phone number in case there were any problems. The price was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't need repairs in the future, but if I do will use Rain Maker again. Very satisfied.
