Customer service is non existent. I called today about concerns over an employee road raging in a company vehicle. The owner claimed that what I said happened is not true and did not happen at all and he knows this “because his employee would never do this”. The owner also informed me that if I wrote a review about this interaction that I was a Karen, he would get a removed AND write a rebuttal (do it). Now if anyone is wondering why I am writing this review including the owner it’s about how it was handled and being gaslit. You could have simply said “I’ll talk to my employee and sorry about that”, but nah you wanted to argue with me and tell me that none of this happened. Bought the house in 2020 had rainmaster out the next year to put gutters on. They sold me on gaurds they couldn't install and never gave me 20% off which I was supposed to get due to referral, when I switched to more expensive gaurds. The house has one valley and had been leaking for four years. I called and texted multiple times to have them fix it because they "warranty" it but turns out their warranty is nothing because all I received was the run around. Unfortunate part is I live right down the road from dude, could've came and fixed it any time.
