Rain Way Sprinklers

Rain-way you should be ashamed - this is how you “clear snow”- piled up at the end of my driveway. In addition our mailboxes are usually a sheet of ice because they are not cleared. You all are worthless and an embarrassment!!!!

As far as snow removal goes, they are the WORST in Greeley. They use excessive amounts of salt (I have pictures) that erodes concrete. And, they don't care. They NEVER come back and clean up their excess salt. I have asked repeatedly for them to use less salt and have been denied my request. My business has a south facing sidewalk, and as you all know, the sun appears shortly after a snowfall. Sidewalks and roadways dry fairly quickly after the sun appears. I don't own the property (thankfully), but Rainway is ruining the sidewalks around my business. When the management company (Vintage) determines the walks need replaced, I imagine I will be billed for a portion of the work. Is that fair to me? I don't think so. I have virtually pleaded for the salt to be decreased many, many, many times

All this company does is mow and maybe blow, absolutely no weed or sprinkler maintenance, complete joke for a landscape/maintenance company. I live in a HOA and have done lawn maintenance for years with actual 5 star companies and these guys are I don't know if I can call them a joke that might be to good. Just don't pick Rain Way they suck. Period

We pay this company thousands of dollars through our HOA to maintain our lawns and sprinkler system. They can’t even fix a drip line correctly. The come up with stupid excuses why my lawn is dead for example “it must have been the guys that sprayed for weeds” or maybe someone parked on it” even though we have lived here many years and no one parks on the grass. We live in an HOA and grass parking is not allowed. It’s funny it’s only our lawn and there’s a perfect strip of dead grass but these guys can’t see it. IN OUR FRONT YARD!!!

Absolute WORST costumer service experience in my life. Mike Dinkle and his employees are rude, inconsiderate, do not have the correct tools to do their jobs, and took way longer than expected to fix a sprinkler. When I tried to call and speak to Mike he then cussed at me and hung up the call on me. I have never felt compelled to write a review like this until now. I regret using this company.
