I contacted Rainbow about cleaning my carpets. Mary was very pleasant and helpful, getting scheduled quickly. The guys arrived as scheduled (in fact, a little ahead of schedule). Greg was very knowledgeable and he and Reilly went right to work. Aside from general cleaning, they were able to remove a spot we've been unable to remove for a few years. They did a GREAT job! I even got a follow-up call to be sure all went well. I highly recommend them!

My wife and purchased a new house with the stipulation that the seller would pay for a professional deep cleaning. Long story short, we discovered after signing that it was not done professionally. Faked receipts & a Rug Doctor. We discovered this on the Friday we signed at 3:45. We were scheduled to move in with our infant son on the following Monday. I called Rainbow of Asheville. I assumed they would not be able to do anything until the next business day. Mary had a tech at my house before 5pm. The tech was great, Mary was great, the results were great. And the cost was significantly less than anticipated. I will absolutely call them first, for any services they offer, when the need arises in the future.

These guys did a great job on our carpets and area rug!! Mary was great to work with over the phone and Ed and his sweet helper were so friendly and worked hard. The house smelled so good while they were vacuuming to make sure that when they cleaned the carpet nothing was there. Once they were done, the smell of the cleaner didn't linger long after but it also was a pleasant smell and not a strong "cleaner" smell. I will definitely be using them again!!

Simply the best! I can't say enough about how very pleased I am with Mary and Ed Palermo's Rainbow International emergency service to me as a new home owner in Asheville. When painters came a week before I was to move in they discovered wet spots in the master bedroom ceiling. That brought their work to a halt, and threatened to throw my entire moving schedule into disarray. I was coming in from out of state and had to be back at work only a few days after moving in, so it was crucial for the painting to start again as soon as possible. Ed came out to the house right after I called, and diagnosed the problem (a small leak in the roof from recent thunderstorms) while Mary found a contractor who fixed the leak that afternoon. We have known Ed and Mary before they started their Rainbow business. Of course I had to see just how good or bad their business was, so I had my dirtiest carpet cleaned. (we have two dogs) I was so pleased I already scheduled them for my downstairs Spring carpet cleaning. They really are "fine" people, and fun to work with as well as absolutely reliable.
