The absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. We are still dealing with the damage and stress left behind after hiring them for a full home restoration following a tornado. They were the first company on the scene, and in a moment when we were vulnerable and overwhelmed, we trusted them. That was a mistake. The work performed on our home has been unacceptable. We had special order windows installed, and we later discovered that the flanges were removed to “make them fit,” which voided the manufacturer’s warranty. The siding has come loose on every side of the house. After having another contractor inspect it, we learned the siding nails were not secured into anything solid behind the panels. We had a dishwasher issue, and Mark from Rainbow came out and did an excellent job. Everything from communication between us, our insurance adjuster, to delivering the finished product. We couldn’t be happier. I'm super late for leaving a review, but I wanted to make sure it still got out there. Excellent job, all!

I have used Rainbow International of Des Moines on several occasions for different jobs in our 125 y/o Beaverdale home. The owners JC and Shelley have been in business for years and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of fire and water restoration. They work very hard to make sure that your job is done to standard and quickly from the initial call/ consult until the work is complete. Throughout the process, they are in constant contact providing you with updates and making sure you are satisfied with all materials and work. On two separate occasions, we have had flooding in our basement due to a faulty a window and siding.
