Appalled at how they take advantage of people in desperate situations. They took over half of my insurance claim check so now I can’t even replace my floors with what’s left of the insurance money. They charged me $5126.69 to rip out flooring and put some fans in my house. The guys who came and worked were great.

We had some water damage and didn't know what we needed to get the area cleaned up and checked. They came right in and was very thorough cleaning, placing machines and explaining the process. They are extremely professional and cleaned up any mess that was made. I highly recommend 10/10. Chad was excellent.

We have used Rainbow International several times to have our whole house carpets cleaned and we have been very pleased each time. They do a fantastic job and are professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I ask the Man that came to clean our carpets..if he would use a pretreatment on some spots ...He said he would...Carpet dried...and spots are still there...We will be using someone else for our next carpet cleaning service.
