I can't give this company a bad enough review. After my house caught on fire, they came in and seemed good for the first few days until the actual restoration estimates needed to be done. Out of the blue, they decided that the insurance company was acting sketchy and advised me to get a lawyer, and they left me hanging without any references or good reasons. Long story short, I found another contractor within a few days who took care of everything and made it better than it was to begin with, and the insurance company covered everything with no hassle to me whatsoever. My feeling is that Rainbow was in over their heads and had no clue how to fix the damage.
