The guys at Rainbow were great with the water damage in my rec room from the washer. Jason was caring and informative about my situation on the phone. Mike and Tiff did a thorough inspection and let me know exactly what needed to be done. The next day Mike and two others returned, moved out the furniture and removed all the damaged drywall, molding and carpeting. They set up the fans and dehumidifier. In two days, the place was dry and odor-free. Jason dealt with the insurance company so now it's up to them to come through. Great work Rainbow team!

When our basement flooded late one night, Pete, Jeremy, and their team were there late that night until the early morning to help us. They cleaned all the water, identified mold, dried out our basement, and put us in contact with the right people to restore it. They were straightforward to work with, thorough with their process, and excellent to communicate with. While I never hope to have an event like we did, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the job. Rainbow is genuinely the best of the best in our area, and I can’t recommend them enough!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I worked with Pete from Rainbow and it was a great customer service experience. He was prompt to answer my initial call, patiently walked me through the process, and started the work immediately. Throughout the process he acted like a "general contractor" and went as far as to speak with my insurance adjustor directly and met with her on my behalf when I couldn't be there. Beyond the customer service, the work they did was fast yet clean and the entire team was highly professional.

We had hired them to do a complete cleaning of our homes carpeting. The crew had done such an efficient and thorough cleaning that removed 4 years of dirt, coffee, and pet stains that they had looked better than when they were first installed. They had treated my wife with respect and were very professional with conducting their business!

The guys at Rainbow were professional and provided quick service in an emergency situation! My kitchen and dining room flooded from a faucet overflow. They worked with my insurance and helped me find someone to remodel the kitchen. Everyone was super knowledgeable, and they communicated well. I was given an update every day.
