Although contacting a restoration company is never for a positive situation Rainbow Restoration made an unpleasant situation a little more palatable. From the moment I called them to the technicians that responded to their billing department Rainbow Restoration treated me with care and concern for what I had just gone through. They were professional, customer service oriented and reliable. Hopefully I will never need a restoration company again but if the need does arise I will contact Rainbow Restoration Staten Island.
