Called Chris’ cell number and although he was at Lowe’s, he answered his phone and told me about their services. He had someone to call me within 30 minutes and set me up with an appointment for Friday. (October 6th). Brandon called to let me know they would be about an hour earlier if it worked into my schedule. They were on time and did an exceptional job. My carpet has been downstairs over 20 years, but now looks like new. I HIGHLY recommend them. A+
Doesn't matter how many times you call this place You always get someone working for an answering service. You never get called back when they say you're going to.
