Overall, I had a great experience with Rainbow. I was referred to them by a former employee. As a new home owner, this was my first experience with dealing with insurance for water damage I sustained from a plumbing issue, and each person at Rainbow was patient with me throughout the whole process. I especially want to thank Marc for calmly guiding me through the process and coming back to make adjustments to the equipment when needed. I highly recommend their service.

Mark and the three (3) young men who work with him are absolutely phenomenal; they are and were efficient; they were on time; they were and are professional; they cleaned up after themselves; they fixed and repaired the problems they were called for; and they most importantly departed from us leaving us feeling very happy about the work they did; their responses and work ethics; we will most certainly keep Rainbow International as family; and we will most certainly refer Rainbow International to our family and friends; keep up the great work guys!👑🙏🏻

We had a minor flood on our first floor, I called the insurance company and within 10 minutes of hanging up with them Rich called me, about an hour and a half later the team was here. We hit a bump in the road because of a malfunctioning machine but the team was responsive and dispatched quickly.
