Huge shoutout to Rainbow Restoration of Grundy County out of Beaman, Iowa. They were fantastic—quick to respond, made a solid plan for mitigation, and, maybe most importantly, reassured me they could handle everything. Since the water level never got too high, they said I had every reason to be optimistic. After a few days of fans, a dehumidifier running nonstop, and thorough checks of the walls and floors for moisture, things are back to normal! They were back soon to clean the rug and haul away the damaged laminate, and I’m grateful for how smoothly it’s all gone. I hope to never have to deal with something like this again, but if I do, I'll be calling them!

Our fully finished basement flooded wall to wall, and we didn't catch it until late on a Friday afternoon. Rainbow sent two techs within an hour to our home. While my head was spinning and slowly realizing how much of a mess we had on our hands, the techs answered all of my questions very knowledgeably. They did not hesitate and jumped in to help our family carry all of our belongings upstairs to our garage. They worked tirelessly until 2:30 am to get 1200 gal of water pumped out.
