They were absolutely phenomenal to work with - Matt and the team were very professional, trustworthy, respectful and on-time each day. We couldn’t have asked for more support during a very difficult time.

Rainbow Restoration was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We needed mold remediation, and their team was professional, knowledgeable, and kind, during what was a very stressful situation. They explained every step of the process clearly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently while being extremely thorough. I worked with Rainbow Restoration of Rogers & Bentonville on a water damage remediation project involving a bathroom, laundry room, and adjacent areas. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and transparent. They completed the remediation in a little over a week, kept the work area contained, and clearly explained what was being removed and why. Communication was solid throughout the process, and they documented the work well, which was important given the circumstances. Total cost came out to around $5,300, which was fair for the scope of work and consistent with what was discussed upfront. No surprise charges. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of work and how the project was handled. I’d recommend them if you’re dealing with water damage and need a remediation

Your kid flooding your house is never something you want or plan on, but these guys were fabulous! Very courteous, respectful, professional, quick, and did a great job mitigating the situation before it got worse.
