Rebecca and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They came out immediately to assess the situation. At that time, we have placed down a product to absorb the water and limit the additional damage. They were really impressed with our quick actions and mentione highlighting it their team meetings. The next few weeks as we dealt with multiple plumbers and bids, Rainbow would checking with phone calls and emails on our process and they could come into finish the work. I actually used to do this. I am still certified as a Water Restoration Tech and Advanced Structural Drying. This is hard work, and it takes a lot to make sure it's done right. DO NOT JUST USE YOUR SHOP VAC. Well, unless you want your family to get sick. I met with Amanda and she Actually had to leave to cover a job. This team really takes the time to take care of you if you have water damage in Omaha or Sewage backed up in Papillion. They don't care, they will come to you and understand what you are going through in this emergency cleanup. Again if you get any water, especially the floor drain backed up, call them. That water is nasty and gets in places you can't get to.

I found standing water in my basement storage room and didn’t know what to do. I called Rainbow Restoration after googling water damage repair. They were fast and got to me in less than 30 minutes. Justin and Rachel came and explained the process and got to work. They found that my humidifier drain tube came undone when I was pulling out my Christmas decorations. They cleaned up the water and put equipment down to dry out the walls. They came back the next day to verify the walls were dry and removed their equipment. The cost was reasonable and I was glad I didn’t have to have any major repairs because of their quick work. I highly recommend Rainbow and their team!
