Rainbow Septic Service

These guys are amazing. We were almost taken advantage of by another company until I called rainbow septic. We had been out of water for more than a day with an elderly person in the home. They made it a point to get out to my house that day and get the job done. I have always heard good things about rainbow septic and now I know first hand and we will never go anywhere else for septic service. They were very professional, courteous and certainly went out of their way to treat us right.

Very thankful for these people! I have three kids, backed up sewage, and needed to head out of town within a few hours. I was in a bit of a panic. They were here in 20 minutes. I enjoyed talking to them also. Good Christian men. Fair pricing. Thankful to have this business in Morristown!

I called them because the previous owner was a good man. His work ethic and integrity were outstanding. Unfortunately the company is not what I expected now. The driver from Michigan was very rude and when I called his boss on 3-way it continued. I was hung up on and almost left stranded without receiving the service we agreed on prior to today. After calling back a 2nd time I was finally able to get the owner to agree to providing the services he had promised. My 1000 gallon tank was left partially full and when I came home to a mess in my yard that could have at least been rinsed down, I decided to leave this review. I won’t be using them again.

I could not have asked for better service. I woke up early this morning with an emergency septic issue, and these gentlemen were here and on the job by 1pm,even though they were very busy! They made time to keep me updated as the day went on as to when they would be here. They were amazingly friendly, very professional, and very informative. They had awesome personalities as well. Just who you would want around during a septic crisis. 10/10 recommend!

We bought a new house and called them to pump our tank. They were great on the phone, and got us on the schedule soon. Richard and Brandon arrived on time and quickly located the tank and took care of the pumping. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend them.
