I have to agree with all the other one star reviews written about this company. How they stay in business is a mystery to me but having been in their office several times I believe they are on their way out. My story is similar to the other ones so I won't go into the specifics except to say whomever wants to purchase a Rainsoft product needs to do their own investigation. With any close look, which I did not do, would send you to a different vendor. The pictures I have attached show the quality of the product.

I'm kicking myself for not researching this company when buying my whole house filtration system. The consultation was set up through a big box store, so I trusted that it was a reliable company. Unfortunately, I agree with all of the other one-star reviews. After having my system for almost one year, I decided to check the softener to see if I needed to add salt. Well, the salt was at the exact same level as when installed, which led me to discover that the unit has not been working since day one!!!! When I tried to contact Jim, who seemed shady from the beginning I might add, the phone number was disconnected and the website had been removed. I contacted the big box store and am currently communicating with their corporate offices to get some sort of compensation. They're being surpris

I didn’t use this company, and after reading other reviews, glad I didn’t. My home is in Venango Twp., where I have a well that I had put in after I bought the place, early 1990’s. The well driller was suggested by my Realtor, and it worked out. He recommended the water conditioner and two, side-by-side filters which I got. I think I had a plumber put in the conditioning equipment. He provided a low quality salt to start out, but I soon started buying my own pellets, the type made to remove iron, and soon saw the difference that makes, not just for me, but to extend the life of the water heater. In thirty years, I’ve replaced the conditioner twice, the water heater twice. The well driller, who installed the filter housings and brought filters, also provided me with the tool to remove the h

My brother has had nothing but problems with his system. I’ve called home office twice and still nothing. He’s paid 3 times already and last time they forgot to turn water off and it flooded. It took 2 days to get carpet dry. Inspector comes tomorrow as house is being sold and system still leaks. We’re serviced from Erie. I suggest you go elsewhere if you need a softener because you’re only going to be disappointed with them. The guy is rude too!

Haven’t even been dealing with this company for a full month and I already can’t say one single positive thing about them. Had I seen their reviews before, I would have not even bothered to reach out to them about the system at our new house and I would’ve found another company all together. There’s no “emergency” help - they say that they go in the order of the tickets they receive, but then they say they don’t come out to an area until they get multiple tickets there, then they just say “oh we will be out in a few days” every time you call and weeks go by without a word. So apparently they don’t know how their own scheduling works? They refuse to give me service records, and ignore my questions about the last service and get annoyed when I try to ask. Their system clearly can’t handl
