Excellent job on our new roof! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Jon Reitz and his crew were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They completed the work as promised and left everything clean afterward. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

We had a new roof and gutters installed. The roof required several replacements as well as new shingles. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. The crew was great. They were very efficient and knew exactly what to do. Clean up was great. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I contacted Rainstoppers Roofing in Charleston WV to get an estimate for replacement of our roof. I spoke with Jon Reitz who made an appointment for the estimate. He sent me a Google calendar invite which was nice, it allowed me to add the appointment to my calendar which was a great reminder. Mr. Reitz arrived promptly on the day of the estimate, he was very professional, and explained the estimate in detail. He kept me well informed of schedule progress by text and email. Service was prompt and efficient on date of installation. The roofing crew were polite and worked very hard, even eating lunch while working to complete our project in one day! They did a really good cleanup and the roof looks great. Mr. Reitz returned a few days after the project was completed and did a followup

Jon Reitz and his crew made this the most stress-free, easy experience. When chatting with others, I know this is not most people’s experience. Add to that the very affordable price, and I will be recommending Rainstoppers, especially Jon, to all of my friends that need a new roof or repair. Details include: good communication, high quality materials, bid well under other bids, timely scheduling, complete replacement (shingles) in one day, extra effort for my preferred color, and professional interactions. These guys were awesome. Took a while to get them out here because they are really busy, but when they showed up, they tore off the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. They came back the next day and cleaned up. They missed a few screws and nails but to be expected. As a whole it was well cleaned. Price was fair .
