Rainwater Heating & Air Conditioning

Well I'm happy with the promptness and quick resolution of my AC issues. The technicians spent less that 20 minutes at my house. I did notice that the part they replaced was available on line of less than $20. They charged me $128 for the same part. And $79 for the service call. I fully expected to pay more for parts but I was expecting maybe 2 to 3 times the cost but not 6 times the cost. I would like to think there is a good reason for such an increase in the price of parts. Would be more than happy to amend this review if they emailed me a full explanation.

Logan arrived within one hour if my call, identified the problem and replaced the thermostat quickly. As this was a Sunday call out, i was very appreciative.

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would do it. This company installed our HVAC when the house was built last year. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and very conscientious. Logan is a credit to this company and his customer service is second to none. Many thanks to him! We are new to the area and now I know who to call if I have any issues with my heating and cooling equipment!

Had an amazing experience with this company. Chris came out for diagnostics and to fix the issue after the fact. And he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us many tips and was super nice! Will definitely continue using this company for house maintenance now as well!

HAD A PROBLEM WITH HUMIDIFIER ON HEATING SYSTEM THAT WAS KEEPING FURNANCE SYSTEM FROM KICKING ON. PROMPT RESPONSE AND HAD HEAT BACK ON SAME SERVICE CALL. THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF ALL OF MY HVAC SYSTEMS FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR EXCELLANT LEVEL OF SERVICE.
