The guys working to level my home were all very friendly. They explained in detail exactly what they were doing and how everything fit together to ensure the job. Although mother nature made it challenging, they informed me in advance as to being at the job. I found it very considerate of them to have a porta potty set at my house so they did not need to be inside my house except for the actual leveling measurements. I will definitely recommend this company.

Faulkner Foundation installed a french drain and sump pump in our crawl space, they also "sistered" repaired/added to several boards that are in the main support structure of the house that had split or broke. They installed three supports to the main beam. All of this work was completed during the hottest, rainy days we have had. The crew was always respectful and courteous. We highly recommend this Company for any construction you may need.

We are very happy with the work that was done, started with 2 piers and ended with a total 5 this time. We had previous work done and that warranty work was honored without question. Mike and his crew were very professional and friendly, what a great team.

Mike drove 45 minutes to look at our house, crawled into our cramped crawl space to assess the situation, then formulated 3 quotes for work to be done. He emailed us the quotes right then, we were able to discuss them with him, and scheduled the work all within a couple of hours of his arrival. We appreciated the fact that they had a porta-potty onsite rather than tracking in the house or leaving the jobsite. They dug dirt from the crawl space, replaced half of the main floor beam, added a beam and concrete piers with posts, then encapsulated the crawl space. Outside they put in a sump pump and drain system. The guys doing the work were very friendly and did not complain even though they were working in a hot, dirt crawl space.
