Joel and his team were absolutely great to work with! They responded to my initial request the same day and scheduled the job within an hour. Joel said they would be at my home by 7am and they were here at 6:55 am. They started immediately, promptly notified me of any concerns and cleaned up leaving the site ready for the next phase. Joel and his crew did an amazing job demolishing a wall in a commercial building I manage in Fuquay Varina. I live in CT and Joel made it very easy to coordinate this work from 800 miles away. I flew down to be present during the demo, and Joel and his team exceeded my expectations in extreme heat conditions. Joel who’s the owner was great from the start. We needed all of the drywall of our house removed for a renovation project. He came out quickly and gave a quote which was cheaper than everyone else we contacted and he started the job within a week. He communicated well and was very punctual which we really appreciated! We would definitely use him again for any future projects!
