Raley's Pools

Raley's Pools just finished building my pool, and it's gorgeous. I couldn't be happier. James Raley and everyone on his crew did a superb job. He patiently and creatively solved several issues with my lot, to design the best pool for the space. He stayed in constant communication, always responding immediately to my many questions. He has a superlative crew, experienced and highly professional - they handled every phase of construction with great attention to detail. Really I think everything was done perfectly. They were on the job by 7:30 am, all day every day, and got the pool done faster than I would have thought. And on top of it, they are a group of really nice guys. Had Raley's Pools do a remodel on my 1972 in ground pool. They did a fantastic job. They re-tiled, re-plastered, added a a stone coping edge, two waterfalls and rocked the entire elevated back wall. Here are some before and after photos. I highly recommend them. I continue to use them for my seasonal opening and closing of the pool. The pictures should speak for themselves.

I met with James over a month ago. I was very excited to potentially work with Raley's pools after our meeting. Very nice guy. He stated that he wanted to meet with me and my wife together within the next week or two. I tried, but he couldn't make any meeting happen. That was totally understandable given that his schedule was pretty full. However, we tried contacting him for the next 3 weeks straight. I have only one returned call from his assistant, who simply said she would try to reach him. I'm stunned by the other reviews! We can't even get a reply to a text message or phone call. Our experience is that Raley's doesn't have interest in working with new or potential customers.... hard to understand why they waste time to meet with a possible new customer. James built our pool. I have been extremely happy with James and his company throughout the whole process. He did a fantastic job and he's been very helpful with a first time pool guy. I can't recommend him enough. His crew was always professional and James has shown up personally to make sure things go right. I wish there were a way to give him more than 5 stars.

I sale real estate in the Tulsa area and have never worked with such an incredible pool company. Raley's Pools did an amazing job on our pool with a lagoon finish and custom LED lighting. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so with many clients over the years. You won't be disappointed with this company!
